ABOUT ME
My friends call me Miri and since you're here now I'd be happy if you do so too. I have founded the igotyourback workout in 2018, out of seeing the necessity to offer a class, with what we recommend in Physiotherapy but in a way that is more fun to do, than doing your exercises alone at home.  After studying Physiotherapy in Switzerland at the HES-SO, I've certified as a core and spine trainer by  DEKRA (§20) and am currently engaged in the studies of Osteopathy at the IAO.
I'm working as a Physiotherapist where I offer manual treatments as well as personal or group trainings, to help you reestablish free and pain-free movement.​​​​​​​ I'm certified as "sektorale Heilpraktikerin in Physiotherapie", so you don't need a prescription.

ABOUT THE WORKOUT
In the workout called igotyourback, I'm bringing together the knowledge of physiotherapy with movement experience of over 20 years. Since a young age, I have practiced many kinds of moving arts, ranging from Judo and thai-fighting to classical and different contemporary dance styles, which all inspired this program.
With a team of 5 physiotherapists, I offer weekly classes, office trainings and workshops with a medical and holistic view on back pain prevention.
This program tackles muscle imbalances, that frequently appear when working in a seated position. It gives you all you need to re-establish correct motor patterns, to release tension and to activate your core, all to protect your back.
